Precision Engineering for Digital Performance.

Leadory builds gaming applications where latency is the enemy and frame consistency is the metric. We are a Berlin-based studio crafting tools and experiences for competitive players and the publishers who serve them.

AimLab Core Engine

Latency Budget < 2ms
Polling Rate 8000Hz
Platform Win / macOS

Built to test the limits of peripheral responsiveness. Handles raw HID data streams without Windows filter interference. Essential for esports athletes validating gear performance.

Neon Drift Prototype

Frame Target 144fps Lock
Render API Vulkan
Status R&D

A driving simulation focusing on frame pacing consistency over raw peak FPS. We are optimizing asset streaming to eliminate stutter during high-speed traversal.

Development Philosophy

We do not chase "feature lists." We chase stability. Every feature added to a Leadory product is weighed against its potential to introduce latency, jitter, or cognitive load.

Our evaluation criteria are binary: Does it improve the user's reaction time or decision-making clarity? If the answer is "maybe," it is cut. This is why our codebases are lean and our release cycles are deliberate.

Robustness First Zero-Jitter Policy

Hard Constraints

  • Budget: Engine R&D capped at 15% of total project burn rate.
  • Platform: Primary: Windows 10/11 (DirectX 12 / Vulkan). Secondary: macOS (Metal).
  • Hardware: Legacy support dropped for anything older than Intel 8th Gen / Ryzen Zen 1.
Pitfall Alerts

"Unoptimized RGB software suites are the #1 cause of background interrupt spikes on gaming rigs. We publish clean uninstall guides for all partner hardware."

The Tournament Day Dilemma

09:00 CET: A professional player arrives at the venue. The supplied peripherals are unfamiliar. The mouse feels heavy. The keyboard "mushy."

09:15 CET: Standard Windows setup. Pointer precision is enabled by default. The display is set to 60Hz. Panic sets in.

09:45 CET: Leadory Diagnostic Tool (built-in to the player's profile) flags three issues: High DPC latency from network drivers, raw input disabled, and V-Sync active.

Result: The player creates a local profile that overrides system defaults. The input lag vanishes. The match is won by 20ms.
