1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing Leadory.space constitutes a handshake protocol between the user (you) and the system administrators. Unlike opaque corporate agreements, our terms are designed to be parsed. By creating an account, initiating a download, or simply browsing our repository of gaming peripherals, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and accept the operational constraints outlined herein.
If you are accessing these services on behalf of an organization (e.g., a gaming cafe, esports team, or media entity), you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and "you" refers to that entity. This agreement forms a binding protocol for your use of the Leadory ecosystem, including our data analysis tools, community forums, and hardware comparison engines.
Legal Note
These terms do not supersede any separate written agreement executed by Leadory for enterprise services. In the event of a direct hardware procurement contract, those terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Constraints & Liability Limits
Leadory operates as a specialized informational resource, not a retailer or manufacturer. We provide data and analysis, but we do not manufacture the hardware we review.
Critical Trade-off
Latency vs. Accuracy: Our latency data is measured in controlled environments. Real-world performance varies based on your PC's thermal throttling, background processes, and network conditions. We cannot guarantee that a '1ms' monitor will perform as such on your specific hardware setup.
Realism Anchor
For a user troubleshooting input lag during a tournament, software overhead can introduce 2-4ms of additional latency that our baseline tests do not account for. This is a known constraint of consumer OS environments.
